He doesn't change lines twice. He defends the kink after Griffins, and then tries to take his normal line into the Cutting.

You lost out because others short shift, it saves massive amounts of fuel which shaves off a lot of refueling time.

New sub here, quiet literally top tier commentary. I hear all these other f7/6 gt commentators; they're always way too excited (for me). Perhaps its because its the way you wish your videos to be perceived or maybe its not planned at all, but I think your videos are VERY well done none the less.

Hopefully this will cheer me up lol stupid forza 7. Tried to load a race it crashed, go back in do 20 laps Laguna Seca cross the finish line guess what it crashed again, no credits rewards nothing :( thanks for uploading super Gt :)

I've learned to shift early to save fuel which saves times in the pits. I can usually gain a position or two that way.

the reason why it takes so long for your car to reach your garage when you pitted is because the speed limit for the pits at Bathurst is 60kph which in comparisons to other pit speed limits on other tracks is a snails pace.

The rammer pig strikes again! ;) I'm not sure how long the pitstop in Bathurst normally take, but it is possible that the drivers that overtook you in the pits got less fuel to get a faster pitstop and ran with a leaner fuel mixture for the rest of the race. Fingerbitingly exciting battle in the second race before ze german lost his nerves and kicked you off the track of course. Keep up the good work!

from my experience the cutoff to catch the slipstream of the car in front is about 0.650 seconds, with the speed not mattering too much since the faster the cars, the further distance the cars will be apart during this time interval. but yea slipstream is bae

I remember when I found out Bathurst was Mount Panorama Circuit. I always thought Bathurst was a track because it’s Bathurst 12h. Boy when I found that out 🧠💥

That Swiss driver TinNeuve is one dirty bugger of a driver! He's back down into B class atm and I came across him today at the Blue Moon G1 daily race , took me out three times in two sessions. The second time he rammed me off the track I get a 6 second penalty ....so it's still flawed the penalty system imo 😤

Holy cow, that battle with the BMW, awesome stuff! Not sure if this is up your ally, would you be kind enough to do a video on F7 R Class tuning. It’s kind of like unspoken about and I think your viewers could benefit the unlocking of some of the tuning secrets. If you are not so good at tuning can you tee up a collaboration of one of your team. That would be really cool, you could do like an interview with a top tuner then race the car. What do you think? 👍😄🏄🏼

You can turn off the fuel warning in settings. I like it on so I can concentrate on racing instead of counting.

I live in Bathurst and drive a Mazdaspeed 3. I've hooked it round the mount plenty of times, probably not as quick as this Mazda though.

Yeah it's so much fun. Powering through the esses and feeling the stomach-drop when you hit the dipper is a hell of a rush. If you ever find yourself in Bathurst I'll let you take my car around haha. The Bathurst 1000 is actually on tomorrow, always an entertaining day. Love your videos too man.

How often do you look at the map radar in the top right? Im a newb and i cant seem to stop using it to see how sharp a corner is.

I look at it maybe once per lap at most but only see the gaps in the cars on the track. You should do some laps around each track before you race to learn it.

At 4:01 in the video your coming into the esses and after 4:17 your coming into forest elbow and after that is the back straight it is called conrod straigt and then the chase then hell corner and then main straight then murrays corner

Brakes are not set to weak. Weak brakes will have yellow color on the icon in the HUD. But yea, his brakes and tremendously better than mine too. I could never stop or slow down like him. My guess is it has to do with his suspension settings.
