In today’s Granblue Fantasy Relink Guide I go over my strategy to farm Silver Centrum, Tayu’itar Head Unit, Lunary Cell & Horn of Bahamut. Hopefully this helps you farm more efficiently in Granblue Fantasy Relink!

Fighting Endgame enemies feels like playing Monster Hunter, breaking certain parts just to get a item drop. Lol. I really like Pyet-A, best fight in the game, breaking the tail is easy too. Believe it or not, i use Rosetta, Spiral Rose does a freaking ton of damage.

PSA:: Heads up, after today's patch (2/14/2024), Tayu'itar Head Piece, Pyet-A Lunary Cells, and Proto Bahamut Horns now all show up in the chests on PS4/PS5, one of the LFG discords tested all 3. Tayu'itar Head is pretty reliable, Proto is about 1/3-1/5, Pyet-A I haven't done personally, but has been confirmed as being chest loot available now.

You can also use Eugen for the head unit farm. He has a Basic 3 hit combo that makes it easier to break the legs without the boss having to go Overdrive mode.

You can afk farm the dile trio with end game party you get all the mats for centrum in one quest and my Ai party can do it average 3min so I think its pretty good option and there is also change for one centrum to just drop from the chest also while doing it. Just slap some regen maybe low profile and little bit hp to your afk charater and you are good to go if your AI is above 15k power

I tried this. I only have one terminus weapn and not fully leveled yet because im farming for mats. And it did not work out well for me. I think by end game party memebers this dude probably meant to have an AI team fully builf with war elemental and supplemental sigil each with terminus weapon fully leveled each.

Yeah I would do this as well if fortitude shards weren’t my main priority atm. Griffins and eyeballs are my current hell.

There's a mission that you will battle all quakadiles at once. But what I'm doing is AFK farming the 1x goblin quest and the 2x golem quest. I find it much faster than the others. So for Tayu'itar Hope in the Machine quest, you can definitely AFK farm, however busting the head unit gives you a chance to acquire more head units.

Ill be honest with you, if you want this done quick then do the following. Silver centrum - The two Goblin warrior quest. Why? Firstly you get fortification crystals about 32 per run on an S++. You should clear in 3mins or less. You have a chances to get silver centrum and level up all your weapons which you need to do anyway for your terminus weapon to awaken. If youre levelling up your sigils then just farm the slimpede for rainbow slime. Lol you do not want to be using silver centrum on V sigils they arent worth it. Im at endgame and the dmg differences in maxing out sigils is so negligible. But the prismatic slim drops 5 Azurites splendor. After 3 hours farming I got 5 or 6 slimes. 30 splendors and levelling a bunch of sigils to 15. Job done.

Suggestion: instead of these 2 quests I think its best doing the double eye, and doble griffin since they give a lot of fortify cristals for upgrading weapons as well as other materials. Good suggestion though about the trade.

Is the head unit exclusive to the maniac quest? It won't drop in the extreme version of the bot fight? 😢

for the unit head piece- if not got it from breaking the part "in fight", you still get that from rewards, I would recommend finishing 👍

I’ve done it both ways, rewards screen is too unreliable.

For the head unit farm, you get another head piece from the sidequest rewards more consistently than as an actual drop, so it might be faster to finish it afterward

Not from my experience, rewards screen has been super unreliable for head units.

@@rurikhan Fir heads just nerf your damage, dont nuke it, infact you just dont damage it in first phase of the fight. Have all of the team stacked with stun and linked together, spam all your blue potions straight away. Hit the 4 batteries on the legs, then aerial attack the head when it crumples, then wait for link attack time, always a consistent 2-3 heads per run.

I heard that ps5 is either bugged or the heads just don’t drop in rewards. I’m on steam and I get a head unit probably 2 out of 3 times from gold rewards

@@cassengerber926 Not at all, I am on PS5 and I have farmed them consistently. What he was doing in the video too, you can collect the head again after you open it up by destroying the batteries a second time.

Do your AI also seem to not focus on breaking parts off, such as the Tayu'itar head unit when it pops out? Would it be worth decking out your entire AI team with stun cap?

I can't get horn of bahamut solo anymore with my fully stacked terminus Narmaya and Lancelot AI buddies if I also go for a sub 5 minute run. Still works when I don't skybound art though

This my potentially be a stupid question. But how do you even consume the Silver Centrums? The option to use them in the Smithy isn’t even showing up for me. Or am I doing it wrong???

Knickknack Shack > Weapon Awakening when you have either the Ascension or Terminus weapons at level 150. Being at the smithy would be intuitive but that's not how it is unfortunately.

I have all of Ferry’s weapons at 150, so I’m assuming I have to do get my Terminus weapon (Narmaya’s) to 150 first. Gotcha, thanks for the info Update: I just realized that you use the Silver Centrums as an ASCENSION MATERIAL for the Terminus or Ascension weapon… All this time up until now, I thought the S. Centrums were used to insta max level a weapon akin to the Azure orbs is to the sigils….. I’m a dumbahh lmao

@@laplace2190if your ascension weapon is at 150, you should be able to upgrade it with silver centrums. But yes, you have to have your terminus weapon at 150 if you want to upgrade it with them.

mirage munitioms which drop a few per quest from the highest couple difficulties and for each one you get a small max hp and base attack buff.

Best way is to fight the 3 quagladiles in 1 match, I think it is proud. Not only does it drop all multiple of all 3 horns (which you trade for centrum) it drops other parts you can turn into horns as well. With a decent team you will nuke them super fast.

Yeah, part breaks are kept when you fail/retreat. If its fast you should probably still kill because the head can drop at the end as well

quest chromatic vision has all 3 crocodile and more faster to grind silver than others, skeletons is second choice, cause fight last for me 25 seconds for each

Can use anyone, they just need to be decently geared. I used all melee to start AFK farming.

You’ll likely die a few times, but critical is so forgiving it won’t actually matter. Also you can build your afk character defensively with regen & auto-revive.

No it’s not, takes longer than the other farms and is generally not as a rewarding in some of the other materials you will need. It’s still a decent farm, but my experience puts my suggestions as more efficient.

For those who don't have all the time in the world to farm, the Tayu'itar Head Unit can be AFK farmed. Build your AI teammates for damage, build your AFK character with Aegis and Regen at maximum values (you can boost HP even further with Crabvestment Returns if you want, which boosts Regen's value too), and just let your character sit in the fight and eat the damage. It's not very time efficient, especially if you don't have good builds for the AI, but you can get two to three head units every ten runs and get Silver Centrum along the way.

Good luck, I killed that thing over 50 times, never saw the head unit drop without breaking the head. It might drop, but it’s a pretty low chance.

Havent you failed a mission just once? you shoudlve noticed that if you fail a mission, you will STILL get some drops....I failed multiple mission specially the mission where I need to fight the 2 antagonist of the game which is pretty fcked up haha

Head unit can be broken off and if it drops, or doesnt, abandon quest and just restart it. You keep broken off items.

Didn't even know you had to farm for Silver Centrum, since all high level quests reward them anyway - and from my experience they seem to be pretty common. Also, you absolutely do not want to do the single Griffin and Nazarbonju quests, but the double fights, as those also provide lots of upgrade materials for your weapons, and that's something you absolutely will have to farm.^^

Your not their yet. The moment your leveling your terminus weapons you'll know why. You need about 40-50 silver on top of the other materials

My advice is... do not waste time farming silver centrum, in the real endgame you need a ton of other resources to farm that by the time you get them you'll have passively gained a ton of them, also whoever decided to make head units so annoying to break and not even it be a guaranteed drop needs to be fired😂 thank god gold dalia badges exist.

You need 41 centrums per weapon, you will be farming them if you plan on ascending more than 1.

@@Chestyfriend I know that, and I'm telling you that farming them is a waste of time, by the time you farm all the ores and mats to upgrade all your weapons to 150 for terminus max ascension you'll already have all of them without even worrying about it, dont wanna be condescending but I feel like after 200 hours I know what i'm talking about.

After testing stun power is pretty much a wasted sigil slot. The difference is minimal for the cost

Stun works better on some characters than others. For instance, it’s amazing on Eugen, less so on Rackam.

i literally afk in the mission and my ai beats it on repeat "on maniac default drop rate from chest is 50% each quest so is not bad to afk it"

I have a dificult time with this game, the combat is soo nice, i've been playing it for 3 days almost nonstop, buuuut, there's so few bosses, even with a little bit of diference between the recolors it gets osuper repetitive super quick...... it's like, i wanna keep playing, and i will keep playing, didn't even get my terminus weapon yet, but as i have no friends to play with, the gameplay loop with so many of the same bosses all the time....cmon, 6 plus years for a half backed story and only like what...10 bosses? i didnt count but it's something around that.... i'm happy and sad with this game at the same time hahaha...Also, keep the guides coming, the video with the crystal farms saved me so much, and the Eugen guide, i hope you make more, was super good!

The reason might be when they switch the development from Platinum game back to Cygames, there might be some problems in it when the game are frozen and getting it back, also this is a AA games too so i guess that's the reason, lets hope they adds some monster variety again from the free dlc update Or lets hope the sales that they got from Relink it make them to make the sequel or a New IP from Granblue with AAA quality so we got another Monster Hunter type of stuff again

There are at least 17 unique boss types. With a few of the reskins being mechanically fresh enough to be their own class like the light/dark dragons.

I never understood this problem. See people complain about it in MH and Elden Ring.. Are you collecting virtual bosses? You are easily mastering all these bosses? To each their own i guess. All i care about is making my character better. Idc what i'm fighting. Seems like i'm in the minority on that as i see people cream their pants over the monsters in monster hunter. To me they are all fodder for my character.

@@Raptchur it's more like....i like the game and i like the mmo Raid style fights so i want more Variety, not Just recolors with maybe one diferent mecanic. So in the end i Just want more of the game to play It with more variety i would say.
