For people who think its weird for a character to get hit that much in her own trailer; Beatrix and her sword, Embrasque, get stronger in a pinch. Her playstyle in gacha GBF is basically hurting herself to low health to get ridiculously strong while having skills and abilities to survive lethal attacks. Her nickname isn’t Immortal Blue for nothing.

@@patrickadetola4153 She's a member of the Society just like Zeta. They usually work in pair et she is Eustace's partner (just like Zeta is Vaseraga's). She got assigned to Eustace because she is a troublemaker who strive for achievement but blunders a lot and Eustace is the most coolheaded of the bunch. Her sword Embrasque devour causality so she kinda has the strongest seal weapon with her and the most connection to it (which is very important to bring out their power) but she also has the less control and experience with it so she is a wildcard during mission where she can either fail to bring out her sword's power or on the contrary come in clutch and curbstomp her opponent

@@patrickadetola4153 Sure. Beatrix actually came from a respectable family with a promising future. However, her family was wiped out and she is the sole survivor. Despite this, she never lose hope and has unbreakable strength of will. However, she lacks confident and usually overcompensating that by being reckless and overly self-reliance, leading to many hilarious and dire situations. She later joined The Society, pretty much a secret military organization, and was frequently partnered with Zeta, hence the similarity in their armor designs. The Society has Sealed Weapons, special weapons that can absorb and kill primal beasts, for its operators. What Zeta, Eustace, and Vaseraga use are Sealed Weapons. These weapons do not have any will or autonomy, with the exception of Embrasque. Beatrix is the only one who can communicate with Embrasque. It has free will and autonomy, and is very loyal to Beatrix. They are like close friends. Sometimes Embrasque is like her mom. Embrasque can also increase its size and mass to a massive level in correlation to its power and Bea emotion. Embrasque is the strongest sealed weapon to date. It can devour Causality and Karma to increase its power, so it thrives in dire and unfortunate situations. This ability also overwrite worst outcomes and prevent Bea from dying without her command. Bea herself also get more focused and stronger in those situations so she sometimes purposefully letting herself get badly hurt. This can empower Embrasque greatly to the point of being able to destroy a whole island in one strike. Do keep in mind that this isn’t her full power yet as she still haven’t got 5* star upgrade like Zeta, Eustace, and Vaseraga. Side note : Beatrix is well-known for having the world against her and get bullied by everyone and the world itself. In a Fate Episode, a series of comically unfortunate events occur to Bea one after another like the world itself was trying to kill her. To no avail of course, she survived all of them.

The Granblue lore iceberg is real, and makes this trailer really funny. Because one might foolishly assume the sword she's using is just a magic sword, when it's actually (Spoilers obviously) a god-machine created by people living on the Moon, who are actually survivors from an hyper-advanced human civilization that fled the surface of the planet when it was ravaged by an unknown cataclysm 20000 years ago (yes, Granblue is a post-post-apocalyptic setting). Also they're the ones who created/gave physical form to God, a.k.a Bahamut, and his role was, as far as we know, basically to terraform the planet to make it habitable once again, and the whole "islands floating in the sky" thing was apparently part of that terraforming project.

Also, Beelzebub just happens to be the clone of the other one, a weird, nonchalant woman whose power was so overwhelmingly above his that he instinctually developed a *massive* inferiority complex, despite never having met her or even knowing her existence, which is the reason behind Bubs' obsession with power and standing above everyone else.

I was happy knowing Cygames would finally add Beatrix into Versus, but seeing ArcSys practically giving her moves that are Sol's, I'm extremely pleased. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if Bea's inputs are the same ones used for Bandit Revolver/Bringer and Volcanic/Grand Viper. Now if only Cygames would add in Beatrix into Relink....

She has the time mecahnic as well, she can probably low profile every projectile not launched by characters like siegfried with her grandviper and it looks like her pressure is insanely good. If she releases as good as she looks and also has dps buffs as she gets lower hp she will likely end up as the best character in the game. Which is fine by me honestly.
