What a great view of Grand Canyon South Rim camping. Thanks so much! Have been to both rims, years ago, tent camping with our 3 young daughters (all grown now). Very anxious to return in our teardrop camper. This video helps on planning for trips there.

What time of year were you here? When we were there in April, there were no sites available. We ended up staying at Kaibab Lake Forest Campground just off I40 near Williams. Excellent review.

We were there the last week of May into June. We had reservations from the day they were available online.

RV Adventures Thanks. How far out can you make reservations, do you know? We haven’t done a lot of reservations with the National Parks.

You can reserve the full hookup sites in Trailer Village up to one year in advance. This is thru a National Park concessionaire. The non hook up sites can be reserved up to 6 months in advance.
