While Goten is just forgotten by the writer, both writer and Mondo forgot Vegeta and Bulma's daughter Bra. Apparently term big Bro doesn't have 2 be used when you know the other person (heck or even if the person is a male), as seen with Ermes Costello from JoJo, she is called big Bro by a lot of Japanese fans. Toura-Jins have white tigers instead of apes.

I like the idea of more fighting races. If Toriyama is still watching Young Jiji he needs to add this idea to Dragonball. He could use it to justify why Zeno destroyed the other 6 universes in Dragonball Super. I remember reading this manga on another channel and i believe they mention another fighting race other than Saiyans and Tourin if i remember correctly

I get power scaling was kinda broken, particularly with the Universe 6 Saiyans, but Broly as an example wouldn’t count as he was always the “LSSJ” and even if he isn’t legendary in universe due to dragon ball super’s version of Broly, he is still the same character. So he is a LSSJ. But anyways, if Zen stayed as a Super Saiyan and progressed at a much slower rate , he definitely would have been seen as less of a BS Gary Sue

Zen is about as interesting as a piece of toast, him being a singer adds a little spice but it seems like it's ultimately going to be dropped, now that he's the silent brooding type. Imagine him using sound as a way to attack instead of just punching and shooting ki. A dark Destroyer does sound cool, but It doesn't seem to be related to the makaioshin, which is a missed opportunity, i believe. I'm also admittedly tired of characters that are relatively weak, shooting up into the realm of the gods like nothing. Othere have mentioned that it just feels like wanting to have your main oc fight Goku and Vegeta as soon as possible without telling a truly compelling story.

Goten at least knew what a Saiyan is, he had actual training and is half saiyan to begin with. With this Gary Stu OC. His Saiyan Blood is massively diluted, he has no idea what ki is, he never trained in his life, he never did any kind of combat training in his life, he was just a random music artist. So this is basically an over glorified self insert story with a Saiyan OC that can become a Super Saiyan 2 with zero effort. Yet people are praising this as if its good writing while they complain about the Universe 6 Saiyans turning Super Saiyans despite this story being much worse with unearned power ups out of nowhere. Well the Dragon Ball Fandom always was full of hypocrites.

So the idea of Saiyans is some hyper refined Earthling ok, sure. A random singer just pops into super Saiyan with zero fighting knowledge, no. The concept of Saiyan blood just equates to high power is also incorrect. The best thing they have going is zenkai boost and considerably more durable bodies. Given that they can train way harder than a typical humanoid. The dubbed god ki is fully contained ki as stated by Whis literally in season 1. Meaning human fighters need to be taught it. However is not a guarantee of massive power due to internal stretching of the body is needed over time. 12 minutes in and can see this is not going to pan out well. I get it fan manga and such, but understand the story facts and framework already present. Inserting some dark g.o.d. really? There is this realm and the demon realm per cannon.

I like the idea but clearly this is an excuse manga for someone’s OC to get a huge spotlight. Random events happen and now he’s Vegeta level. Pray for some effort coming next chapters.
