The Grand Hyatt Baha Mar is a Category 6 property in the World of Hyatt program, costing 25,000 World of Hyatt points per night for a stay. Located on the island of Nassau in the island nation of the Bahamas, Baha Mar is a the biggest thing to happen to the island since Atlantis opened in the late 1990s. Let's check out this entire massive resort, including my oceanview King room, the Baha Bay water park, pools, restaurants, and things to do!

Amazing review at Baha Mar.. we were there May1 until May 9th and this absolutely has to be the best resort we have ever stayed at.

Heading to Baha Mar today-your review was the most helpful and thorough! I feel like when I arrive I have a good sense of the layout, the differences in properties, pools, what activities are included vs extra, and dining options. (Relieved to know there are Starbucks on site too!)

What I LOVE❤ about your videos is that you "demystify" and educate us, and therefore we AVOID horrible wastful rip-off expenses ! 😊 I remmebr in the "old days" when one was always taking a "calculated gamble" brining a family somewhere... At least now you can avoid the scams... Club Med Cancun ONCE was an aweosme place for fmailies... The one in DR SUCKS !!!!!!!!!!!

Great video!!! Were you at the East tower? The one closest to SLS? And also, do the elevators bring you straight to the casino? Any way to avoid the casino?

Yes, East tower! And my elevators brought me to the lobby area which wasn't immediately in the casino. Hard to avoid the casino that I saw!

if you are trying to get to the pool but want to avoid the casino you can go to floor seven on the east tower

Typically loungers start at $100 per person and that fee is applied towards food and beverage.

FRIGHTENING: How expensive these places are now.... AMAZING you pay that much money only to be upsold and Sur-charged for so much ⁉ REPUGNANT when you pay that much to have stand in lines... WTF⁉. I use to take a family of four on vacations to resorts and I thought t was bad then... Your easily looking at $2K a day there and it the ambience is like a "warm Vegas" hotel 🤮... I prefer older grander places if I am going to splurge... Frugality = Happiness in life ! 😊

went their for a vacation last year. its absolutely stupid how expensive the place is but thats the bahamas in general. its a beautiful property but we were there for five days with the family we had three rooms two of them were suites but i can tell you the cost no joke was about 30k
