@Larry Hancock - I'm straight as they get, and I think HE'S gorgeous, too! The costumes were perfect (how many times have we seen couples that look like they put no thought into the costumes whatever... or had no taste to begin with?). Her makeup and hair were perfect. Hell, her earrings were perfect. His outfit was Jimmy Stewart perfect. The routine was not quite perfect (among several small details, he had some minor issues with foot placement, and there was a slight bobble on pass over turn - she didn't have her arm up high enough and he didn't get low enough). But, my oh my, they lit up the room. Bravo. And Bravo to their coach and parents. Nothing but good things should come to them in their dancing futures.

Trinity moves with easy, smiles frequently at her partner, and looks like she's enjoying dancing. For some reason, many guys don't, and are either not quite as relaxed as they maybe could be, or too focused on their own performance/self.

Why would you wear pants that don’t show your feet when dancing? I’ve watched a lot of these videos now and all wear bootcut trousers.

I don’ know anything about this dancing, but after having watched several videos I’m surprised that the male is showcased instead of the female. Seems to happen over and over.

These kids are great. But I find it strange that there are no Black Shaggers. Don't they allow Blacks to compete?

Am I missing something ? I didn’t like it at all . They don’t even move their upper bodies . It’s awkward and sometimes she’s just standing there waiting for him to finish his dance move .
