transport van also spawns in the LSPD parking spaces near where franklin takes back the towed cars

Actually the LSPD "crown Victoria" and the Blaine County cop cars have two versions, one version has an oscillating lightbar which is a larger profile on the vehicle whereas the other has the "digital" or "electric" lightbar

The police transport van usually comes out, usually if your on the highway if you have 2 stars or above. Near the millitairy base, the trait is shared with riot vans

bad thing about the FBI undercover is that you must be on that mission currently and you can’t replay bc if you replay it justs makes you load GTA V again

If your talking about the unmarked cruiser yea but it’s not necessarily a fib vehicle the fib Buffalo is more of that & yea if you have already competed the grass roots mission you can’t get the unmarked cruisers in any other color than black

The FIB Buffalo has an interesting story in my opinion. My reasons are 1. I have heard that it's code was glitched for next gen so they removed it. But can be found in online by doing hostile take over at LSIA, and the Prison Break Heist setup. R* probably removed it from single player to get more people to play online

Not sure if anybody will see this, but you can store the Riot Vehicle by parking it on Trevor's parking spots at the Vanilla. However, you cant unlock it in director mode.

Actually I'm pretty sure the police van only requires 3 stars to spawn. All you need to do to trigger it is just drive around on the freeway until a roadblock spawns up ahead of you. If it's only 1 dot then it's the van, if it's 2 then it's 2 cop cars. I'm pretty sure all raising the star level higher does is spawn in the Traffic Spikes at every roadblock you encounter

There is a way to glitch the transport van and the police riot into the garage. You drive up to the garage door, wait for it to say "you can't store this vehicle" in the corner of the screen you then get out the get back in quickly get back in the press the enter garage button

you could also get it in the FIB mission (where you blow it up. forgot which mission it was) I managed to get one. If you play as franklin you can keep it. I did it on ps3 so I don't know if it will work on ps4. pretty sure it will.

You can get a grey unmarked police cruiser on some mission for "Smoke on water" company.that only works for Franklin.

@@Soldierboy03 do missions for smoke on water until 1 mission that is on highway and you have to steal a smoke on water van that is parked behind some warehouse.If you steal that van you will gain 3 wanted level stars and a grey unmarked police cruiser will chase you.instead of completing the mission get out of the van and kill the cops inside the grey unmarked police cruiser and steal it. You need to buy smoke on water store to get this mission

For the Buffalo Cruiser: get a pursuit in that area then follow the way in the video. Repeat it some times and you should get followed by a Buffalo Cruiser. Get in and evade (I used cheats which make this method a lot easier)

Another way to keep the unmarked cruisers my idea is race the cars to Franklin's house garage and put the car in the garage. If you dont want the cops on you by taking the truck go straight between the brick wall turn right and take another right and take the highway and no cops should be on you by taking that way

The NPC's or civilians or cops will try to take your car or any other vehicles that is nearby because the because do you want to take it one time when I was playing GTA V and then I was trying to drive and hid in a road-rage incident for some reason somebody stole what the f men why take my car and I realized that tgis is nomal because for some reason if you leave your car behind somebody will always take it and that is why the cops will take your car reason why the end of this thing is because sometimes they will spawn their police cars and those police cars are unlocked for them so I think they forgot the talk about the civilian cars and left them to get open by the cops but this is not just one thing that but this not happens once in one game this also happens in another game GTA IV the cops will also do the same thing like in GTA V it's like during the same universe oh wait they are

Oh almost forgot, the park ranger also spawns at the Ranger Station. Thats in the parkish/forestish area east of Franklins Vinewood Hills home. Follow the road its on eastward when it ends at the main street that goes south and north towards the other outdoor amphitheater and Vinewood Lake. When your at that street look straight across from you you'll see the road thats north of you that runs along the southside of the lake, it crosses over the main street and you can see it hugging a hill as ut heads east, welll the grass area with a bunch of tree stumps infront of you has a ranger station along the dirt path that bisects the area to the other road, and you can usually find the Park Ranger suv there

You forgot about two vehicles : the 'toyota prius' coast patrol that can be find sometimes near the place where you find the 'bugstars' vans at the first Heist and about the FIB buffalo that can be find at exactly 10.00 am sometimes near the four ' antennas ? ' near the prison. btw sometimes you only find 2 suv FIB vehicles

You can get the undercover cruises unlimited when you still have the pickup mission and i know 1 location where i go to lose the cops so thats a +1 but thanks for the infomation cuz i didnt knew that there were 2 undercover cruisers in the mission pickup❤

To get the red unmarked CVPI you will need to be able to do the Grass Roots - Pickup mission. Do what you did to get the blue CVPI, drive away, drive back to that area in the Blue CVPI, initiate the mission by driving past the area where the pickup is and drive to where the blue cvpi previously was. the red cvpi should be there. might take a few tries. Black CVPI can also spawn with that same tactic. I have a video on my channel that shows this.

Lol some times it spawns random Vehicles like the Unmarked cruiser the Police Transport(Armored Police van) Like you said and,Police bike and the Buffalo Cruiser.It may be more those are the ones I was able to find
