I have an URGOS UW 32/8A. The chimes are B122/12. Couple questions. They seem a little quiet(unless it's my hearing) Is there an adjustment of the pressure the strikers apply for volume? Next, my minute hand is about five minutes fast from the chime. The minute hand has a fixed nut and no bushing as far as I can tell. What to do about that?

notrobert1 well maybe your ears have to adjust to them and well what you can do if you not getting even notes is gently and carefully bend them closer to the rods but makes sure there is enough space clearance that it is not double striking ,muting or resting on the rod when it hits it causing a buzz,as far and this minute hand goes ,does it have the kind or ring around the nut with teeth?where it mounts if so it should be in the back?if you you might need to get a pliers and hold that and move the minute hand because it is seriously tight,if not just get back to me,because your movement is similar to mine and its not and older one where the adjust for that would be in the movement itself,it should have a nut to adjust it that how i had to do mine because mine was 3 minutes early.

+connie hansel bars? not sure what you mean but those are weights and thats why you calling bars,they should be up they move down over time,all you have to do is pull the chains untill they go to the top,so pull on the other end of each chain of wright are suspened from and the weights should go all the way up and stop when its wound all the way
