Oh man! So much to unpack. Sorry about all those setbacks super frustrating when you invest so heavily for 1/3 of the year. Those bathroom situations were a real issue at the beginning. 50+ minutes in one line for me. I weighed using the bathroom quick to pee but forced me to start in corral C vs A so ended up passing like 3000 people. Hope you bounce back quick and get back in there. Also noticed your hoodie- I’m just to the east of you in Slinger.

Ya, I really felt for people who were on the train! It got there about the time I was finally going IN to the porta potty, so I'm pretty sure none of them would have had a chance to use one. I'm not sure how many porta potties they need, but it's way more than they had! I went for a run yesterday. Still not fully recovered yet, but I'll definitely be lacing up the running shoes again. I'm doing Ragnar in August, and then a trail race in October, so I'll definitely be back at it. Just not sure when I'll feel like training for another road marathon! My parents live in Germantown! Just down the road!

I felt like I was going to puke too. Made the decision to stop eating eating at 14 miles, felt like it was the better option than puking. Rough.
