This is a nonsense comment. First, machines are made by humans to do perfectly and copiously that which we cannot. Handcrafted work is wonderful, but it doesn't mean machines don't have their place - these devices we are typing on are machines.

My grandpa was a carpenter too. At home, we have 3 of the second stools in the video. Grandpa made these by hand with no nails nor glue. Once my cousin was being naughty and put his head inbetween the legs and could not get out. Grandpa had to dissemble the stool and gave him a good spanking. When I was little, Grandpa would hold my hand in one hand and carry the stool in the other hand when we went to pick my mommy up from the bus station. He had to sit down sometimes to rest because he had a bad knee.

All without glue or nails!! I really like the join in the bottom part of the round stool that holds the legs!! I would enjoy more of the normal speed videos too. It’s very meditative to watch you Grandpa, just as you actually are working. It’s beautiful. I imagine the smell of the wood. And then at the end, the smell of those delicious looking buns. It's so sad there are KZfaq channels of 24 hours of a guy watching the same music video over and over. I would not mind if these videos where shown in full. Would you consider full start to finish video? What a treasure documented here. Hes a man of focus, commitment and sheer fucking will. Seriously though, these videos are amazing. As i sometimes mess with wood myself, i can say that although the stuff he makes looks very straightforward, sometimes its not easy at all to desing it to be simple and work simply. Leave alone manually creating it, especially with the limited tools that he has. I would love to see what he could make with access to workshop well equipped with fine quality tools.

I am always amazed with your videos. I don't know what to be more impressed by. The fact you can visualize your projects before making them, how there is very little waste as you re-purpose old wood into beautiful projects, how you never need hardware or glue or the endless patience and love you have for your grandchild!
