His patience and meticulousness just astounds me every time I watch him. I would have just done a batter, and called it a day. But he puts his time, his heart, and his soul into everything he makes. That is the BEST foods. Food from the soul. You can ALWAYS tell when someone cooks from the heart. I also love that he salts and seasons everything so liberally.

I work for food industry. Cutting off time and cost from mass producing food as possible is phenomenal here. When seeing grandpa gently stuck mozzarella slices between two onion rings, I feel so shameful. He cooks food for people he loves and cares. He is so kind. I am wordless but crying
