I found grandson by listening to blood water on Spotify when it randomly appeared, I thought of skipping it but then when blood water hits the beat I legit stopped my game and went to see who made this song. I remember the reveal for the movie with "oh no" as background music which got me really hyped, left a comment there and 172 grandkids liked it which was insane. right now seeing this video clip for the 3rd time (the song has been on repeat since release) and the clips ive seen so far from the lollapalooza performance. its just insane to see him grow so fast and get the recognition he deserves. almost 1 million subs here on youtube which is also insane. happy to call myself a grandkid , really hyped to see what the future holds !!!!

Usually i hate music made for movies now its like they just get a rapper or a famous artist just to do a song about something that dose not even go with the movie and its not even good music but this song is really good it fits the style of the movie and Rain is a part of the movie it is in a lot of scenes its good that grandson did the song props to him and jessie reyez

They are not. And I don't think it's sad or anything. We should at least appreciate the fact, that they get the recognition they deserve. Just because many people don't know about them right now, shouldn't be the reason to stop listen to them, when they get more popular. That's not what music is about. Kinda sad to see, that you don't wanna see them rise on the world stage. Especially Grandsons music is about to speak up. With a bigger fanbase, his music could affect millions in a positive way.

This song feels like it has a lot of orchestra potential. Less trap-ish beat, more metal instruments like trumpets. Especially when it gets slower you can hear a slight ballad character like "feeling good" by Michael Bubble. Would be an interesting combination I'd love to hear and see.

I'd absolutely listen to that if Grandson made something that style, but honestly I really like the grungy feel of this song. With the distorted vocals, trap style beat, and the electric guitar in the refrain, I think it fits his character.
