This was what AG sung the first time I heard her, so it has a special feeling. It was also about the time I first became acquainted with the modern opera, so its even more special. AG is blessed - I've never heard a more attractive voice, timbre-wise.

Absolutely, THE BEST rendition of this aria!!! I even liked it more than I did like listening to Maria Callas. Or, not to upset the fans of Maria Callas, as heavenly as Maria Callas. Two absolute sopranos of ALL TIME. Or, since radio and recording has been enabling us to listen to present voices, or to voices from past times. Angela's voice resembles the rainbow; it's as plentiful and coloured as the rainbow, comprising the whole range of colours... Amazing!!! MAY YOU LONG LIVE, good soul!
