Hey everyone! Maxy here. Thank you all so much for the massive amount of love you’re showing me, my friends, and GDQ. This run was the most fun I’ve had on stage in my 9 runs and 30+ appearances. I think every run should have a person on the couch that knows nothing about the game, not only were the reactions hilarious but we also got more explanation about the game!

I had the pleasure of commenting on a couple of games during Flame Fatales a few years back knowing nothing about them, and I used the opportunity to relay questions from chat to the runner as well as being able to react on the fly to the games. I really do think it's a good strategy as long as the runner and commentator work together well, and it provides a lot of chances for chat to learn more.

I love the couch, the runner, and the caster, usually the caster will say some donos and then remain silent throughout the entire thing, but it's nice that in this case, the caster will almost play along with the runner and couch makes it seem like everyone is actually like friends here and less so a bigger corp.

I knew I recognized Starwin voice, he was commenting last SGDQ Wild Guns run (which had Buffaloboone on there which never saw the game before). Now that it's Starwin's turn, I guess having commentators who never played or even saw the game before makes for excellent runs! xD
