That was larger than I figured, thanks for the fully qualified demo on the Gransfors Bruk SSA! I will have to use two arms and hands at all times.

Feel like this channel is so underrated, don't know anyone else sharing this much knowledge of wood and axes, appreciate you taking the time to put this content out!

Thanks! There are some good ones out there but my focus is as much about sharing information as anything else. It's very nice to hear folks are enjoying it as intended. Tell your pals.

In Sweden and other Scandinavian countries, the term “Bruk” is often associated with small communities built around a forge or a workshop, where skilled craftsmen work together to produce high-quality tools, such as axes, knives, and other metal products. (From the internet somewhere)

Cool a axe. I have the large splitting axe from them. It’s like a knife through butter. I think my next purchase will be the splitting maul for the more gnarly wood. Make more videos man I enjoy watching him.

Good video.Very informative. With that big wood pile how often do you sharpen your axe and what do you use ? Thanks. Peace from Cochise County Arizona.

sorry for the delay, just saw this one. I have a sharpening night once or twice a year, where I file down chips or nicks and oil the heads and handles. If I am going to chop up limbs I may shine up the edge nice and keen.
