I’m glad you’re having this conversation Grant. Stem cells would ruin a large part of our so-called healthcare industry if insurance covered it. Big Pharma does not want stem cells to be common practice.

People thinking they can beat the clock...lol It's mostly family genetics and luck. Have seen ultra so called health nuts croak at 50 and then a friends grandfather ate fat back everyday and smoked lived to be 99 years old. His 2 other brothers lived to be 104 and 107 years of age. It can be good to exercise when you can when allowed by your doc. Have seen health nuts die from worrying about every little hair on their body. It's an ego thing. If you are happy and enjoying life that can take you a long way.
