Business magnate Grant Cardone recently revealed the types of businesses he believes are the best to invest in right now. He stated that laundromats, cosmetology outlets, roofing companies, and HVAC businesses are solid investments, due to their longevity and relevance in the market. Recently, Cardone grew a company in the regenerative health sphere from just 80 customers to 125,000 within two years. He also encouraged aspiring entrepreneurs to study business moguls, such as Warren Buffet, to understand and emulate their successful strategies. Furthermore, Grant said that he is also eyeing the affordable living sector, particularly trailer parks, as a potential investment.

Most people’s taxes in retirement will be WAY LESS than their working career. The “Income” people draw from 401k in retirement is typically much less than their peak earning years in 40s and 50s. Therefore they are in a smaller tax bracket and paying less tax rate even if overall tax rates go up in USA. Plus Roth IRA and Roth 401k is withdrawn tax free.
