In this video we will see how to make grape juice recipe in tamil. This grape juice can be made when grapes are in season and in best quality and this grape juice can be stored for months. The amount of sugar to be added to the juice varies depending on the variety of the grapes. The addition of lemon juice creates a balance in taste and the acidity brings out the flavor better.

1 kg Grapes
6 cup Water
1/4 cup Sugar
1 and 1/2 Lemon

Very nice recipe. When I was a young kid, I used to have this at a fruit juice shop near Liz corner (I think it was called Himalaya ). Even now after decades, I still remember and cherish those days. Thanks very much for the recipe.
