At first you have to boil the Grapes and then dry it into sunlight almost for 10 days then the Raisins will be ready.

After grapes become slightly brownish, put them in refrigerator. It will dry up and texture will be more like raisins. My mom makes it all the time when we have fresh grapes.

@@atharvsood11 Actually my mom doesn't dip in salt water. She lets it sit outside for just fee days until it turns slightly brown and then keeps in refrigerator. Also she keeps it without stem.

olá para fazer carne de seca, vc comprar um pedaço de carne de sua preferência , gosto de por sal fino , coloca bastante sal fino embaixo da carne e por cima sem deixar nenhuma parte sem sal, numa forma de de alumínio ou outra , cubra com papel toalha e deixe por 3 dias fora da geladeira , depois vc retira todo sal velho , escorre bem o sangue , seca a carne e coloque mais sal fino por baixo e por cima da carne por mais 3 ou 4 dias , se poder por no sol é bom ,

Изюм - это вкусно и полезно, но это не изюм. Изюм получают из винограда специального сорта. Он без косточек. Размножают его черенками.
