Roger Gracie is an amazing trainer, his stuff just really works.

Volume spike at 0:15 dont turn up your speakers to try and hear early on, lol. mine are still ringing.

So many details and strategies. Best teacher in the world.

I really like his teaching pace. Detailed, but not too much philosophy and reflection like some people where it takes soooo long to get to the moves and the point of them.
