I like the rake on top. I use a brush cutting blade on thick grass regularly but never thought of that. I think i might try to rig one up.

i have made this myself it is made of old refrigerator shelf and also handle is made by steel pipe because aluminum handle could not stay for long time these project videos are also uploaded

My echo weedeater with the 2 foot helicopter razor string would double your speed and efficiency on this. Cool invention nonetheless. The harness is a bit much my dude lol

Harness is incredibly comfortable, shoulder strap becomes uncomfortable very quickly. String is good for light foliage gets a very clean soft looking cut and covers more ground, where the blades are much more efficient in thick brush or stalky vegetation. Since they maintain blade speed so well the machine should have a longer life expectancy.
