Thank you for featuring Sam's Club! There are no Whole Foods, Aldi's, or Trader Joe's within hundreds of miles of my location but I do have access to a Costco and Sam's. I really appreciate your channel. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes that I am working on reversing, and I have learned more about healthy eating from your videos than I did in my visits with a dietician. Thank you!

Thanks for the video. I don’t shop at Sam’s Club a lot but I do go there for the pasture raised eggs and organic fresh vegetables.
