Do you have CPTSD? I do, misdiagnosed for years as major depression. Once I realized all the abuse I went through created CPTSD then I could find ways to heal my brain and broke heart 💔

Matthew 11:28-30 NKJV - “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. “Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. “For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”

Remember...You are made in the Image of God. Take you place as a man of God. Read His word to find out who and whose you are. Stay strong.🙏

May you get better. I have listened to many Christian songs that helped me deal with something I was going through at the time. This song’s 🎶 brings me back to worship our Creator and give him thanks 🙏🏼 Doing deep breathing exercises and going out into nature helps, especially being near the ocean, water, lake. I have poured out my heart ♥️ to Our Creator there and released many troubles. Diet is also key..stay away from unhealthy sugars, alcohol, and consume less caffeine. Idk if it is a disorder but changing what we eat can aid these ailments and decrease the symptoms. Stress can cause panic attacks and not having proper rest and sleep 😴

I was in the same spot with my life a mess and He has slowly but surely brought healing and brought me to a good place and peace. Have you put your faith in Him and asked Him to forgive your sins? We earn a death penalty for all of our sins but Jesus took that penalty when He died on the cross. We just need to receive that free gift by telling Him yes, we have sinned and want forgiveness through Jesus’ death. He will forgive and give you new life. If you’ve already turned to Him, find a good Bible believing church close to your house and get involved- try to go to church and Bible study and you will begin to grow and heal as you learn His Word and obey it. He loves you so dearly. He will help you. ❤ I just prayed for you now.

Fell away from my faith in Christ and a year ago re-dedicated my life to God as I was going through a hard time and it's been the best decision of my life. Because at 53 y. o. , I realized also what His unconditional love really is and how He longs to be closer to us and to spend time with Him . God calls all his children to Him . He is our daddy God in heaven and nothing can ever separate us from the love He has for his children! Those moments of tears are not sad but tears of joy , realizing we did share a moment in time with Him. 😊

I’m so sorry for the loss of your husband Mary You and I have the same name but my dear daddy always called me Marran So I use it on KZfaq email because of him My daddy is in Heaven worshiping the father in Heaven he loved so much My Mummy also but I’ve gone through such grief about my brother who died not long ago from alcoholism !
