Ack! The way the curler is in front of your hair when it turns one way, put it behind your hair when it turns the other way. Then the way you're holding your hair won't prevent it from getting sucked up.

This is my go-to hair tool! I absolutely cannot curl my hair with normal curlers. I don't know why. But I can do my whole head with this in like 15 minutes (and my hair isn't as long as yours but there is a lot of it!).

Hi Bunny! To curl the other way, place the clip in front of the curler so when curling your hair, you can see it in the mirror or monitor, then place your hair in that clip that's positioned in front. When the clip is in the back, you can get the curls to curl towards your face. When it's in the front, you can the the curls to curl away from your face. Hope this comment helped!! I love your videos.
