There also should be a re-order point of every item in stock. Things that are used often must have enough in stock when the order for more is placed. That's how the tool crib was run at the machine shop I used to work at. Everything was great as long as the re-order ticked was given to the tool room attendant.

Alyssa, part of being a boss is just getting things done, Not every situation is there somebody to blame, machines break or need adjustments, using your time wisely is not going around looking for fault and meddling individually micromanaging does not make proper use of your time. If somebody broke something on purpose I’m sure somebody would come forward and say something otherwise just call and have somebody come out and fix the ridiculous machine and get on with something and manage your time better, Why do I even watch the show I have a business to run

This season sucks. They’ve reverted back to the nonsense of the early seasons. Phoney drama and ‘comedy’ rather than restoring cars. Literally 5% of the episode was car content. Skip.
