And a new production line is still being built in Zelrnograd to get rid of the last dependance and first test samples of crystals from the plant is expected to be available next year. The best products they will ever be able to manufacture on the line are no match for even current Intel architectures of course, not even close, but for 99.99% of government or industrial needs something close to what we had 10 years ago is already more than good enough. And if Russia is doing it then I have no doubt that China with its wast econimic resources can do it as well and that every other big country in the world will eventually have to follow. Hi tech companies have way too much control over our infrastructure and our lives in general.
