Namaskaram 🙏, (please pardon me if there are any mistakes in my comment) ☺️ There are 4 parts of yoga:- 1) Karma yoga (physical part) 2) Gnana yoga (intellectual part) 3) Bhakti yoga (emotional part) 4) Kriya yoga (energy part) Sadhguru shares a story, once 4 yogis were going through a forest, each of them following 4 different forms of yoga mentioned above. Suddenly it started raining, so they looked around for a shelter. They found a temple with just 4 pillars, a roof and a Shiva Linga in the middle. They went inside, but it was raining too heavily; so they together hugged the Lingam, to save themselves from rain & GOD appeared. So Sadhguru says to reach the ultimate quickly you need all 4 of them; (he gives an example, if you wish to burn a candle 🕯️ quickly it's better to burn it from both ends). He further adds that the role of a Guru in one's life is to provide perfect cocktail of all the 4 of them, suitable for that particular individual. So he says yoga is a technology, whether you do it to increase physical fitness or to reach the ultimate, if you do it you will get the benifit. These 4 types are like 4 tyres of the vehicle that he mentions, very few can ride on just 1 tyre, for example- 1) "Aghoris" use only Karma yoga (physical) 2) someone like J. Krishnamurti used only Gnana yoga (intellect) 3) Meera bai, Kabir, Surdas and many many more like them just poured themselves out through devotion/Bhakti yoga (emotions) (these people wrote such beautiful poetry that if you get it you can't stop tears rolling down your cheeks, very intense and very subtle at the same time) 4) Sadhus, Monks use Kriya yoga to enhance their life energies. But most of us can't ride a car on just 1 wheel. Earlier, when Sadhguru started his foundation he used to initiate his disciples into SHOONYA meditation, it's a very very subtle process (which is an advanced Isha programme now), Buddha also used to initiate very few of his close disciples into SHOONYA. But Sadhguru then realised that (20-25 years ago) that, as he mentioned in this video also "the way humanity is today" they need flashy stuff or else they are gonna go away. So he went into a state of Samadhi for few days & when he came out of Samadhi he had invented a new technology which we today call SHAMBHAVI MAHAMUDRA, which is a part of Inner Engineering programme. The beauty of SHAMBHAVI MAHAMUDRA is that if 10 people in the same room do it, each of them are gonna experience it in 10 different ways; because Sadhguru has designed it in such a way that if you do it, it serves you the cocktail 🍹 that is suitable for you only. In one of his video, Sadhguru even goes to the extent of saying that "if you do Shambhavi Mahamudra & Hatha yoga daily, I will take care of you. @Galaxies but I have a doubt that most of your educated countrymen will dis agree with you. When we look at the trem period of modi govt , the growth of Indian economy has got his pace. Economy, military, law n order are improved tremendously. Corruption free environment, infrastructural development etc are happening. But when you see IKs term period it's significantly short but basic improvement are not happening. Corruption, money laundering,law n order , economy, are in jeopardy. And still he able to manipulate masses is shocking.

Impossible for ppl or leaders of 3rd world countries to make any sane or logical decisions. Thus impossible from both sides of the border. That's why idiots living in these countries r called 3rd world countries.
