I don't watch Netflix but I suspect they are both sensationalized. Gravitas definitely is. Try multiple sides like DW and Al Jazeera as well then maybe you get a bit of the idea about what is going on. In addition you must put into it as well that power and money is behind it too.

Making a statement is insulting but 1. Not letting Muslims enter their holy site (Al-Aqsa Mosque) is not economically and politically beneficial, 2. Muslims being tortured are not "their" Muslims (Xinjiang) 3. France is an old news - no ban as the shor-sharaba is gone. 4. Terror attacks on Mosques (Pakistan) is not harmful to Islam. 5. Taking away rights from Women is upholding to Islamic laws (Afganistan) They call themselves OIC but ideally they should be called an IIE (International Islamic Enterprise) - All they care about is money and political gains - no ideals, no idealogies and no sense of responsibility towards the very community they uphold to protect. Basically the UN version for Islamic countries

If the couple whose child shot the dad were on parole for drugs and child endangerment, then they did not obtain the firearm through any legal avenue. Any felony or misdemeanor domestic violence charge and you cannot go buy a gun in the states, you’ll fail the background check. Yes there is a background check. So if the couple bought the gun illegally, then how would more due process prevent them from buying a gun illegally? This is what we mean in the states when we say gun legislature only affects those who are inclined to obey the law in the first place. In todays world, I think corrupt governments would love nothing more than to incentivize criminals and to remove from good people the means to protect themselves.

I haven't watched news in the U.S. for 6 years, besides a few clips (slanted of course) that were relevant for the news of the day. I luckily stumbled upon Gravitas, and finally found what I always wanted, the news given to me "straight up". Do I disagree with some of her conclusions? Of course I do, but Mrs. Palki ALWAYS appears to acknowledge there are two sides of the coin. I totally appreciate her interpretation of "The World is One", not one without borders, but with a hell of a lot more common sense. I thank her for that.

Why the double standard. There are roughly 750 US foreign military bases; they are spread across 80 nations! After the U.S is the UK, but they only have 145 bases. Russia has about 3 dozen bases, and China just five. This implies that the U.S has three times as many bases as all other countries combined.Former U.S. President Jimmy Carter said the United States has been at peace for only 16 of its 242 years as a nation, calling the country "the most warlike nation in the history of the world."
