Israel's point was that your air defenses are not going to protect from our weapons so cut it out. I am sure Iran is not going to mess with Israel again if they are smart enough to get the message.

Iran proved not just to the Israelis but also to the US that they can hit any target in Israel, Iran announced the attack and send in drones with light on them to help Israeli air force detect and shoot it down, they also show the direction which they will attack to help the Israeli and US shot them down, even with US, UK, Jordan and Israeli forces some missiles got through, Israel sent in drones without notice yet they were shot down and some got through. S400 remain the best surface to air defence system in the world

Besides, S-400 is no challange to NATO countries at all. Turkey has it and NATO did all the experiments with it. It is so shitty that even Turkey built its own stealth fighter!

Even Turkey and India has bought Russian S-400 air defense systems. Most Russian fighter jets has their radar systems upgraded too. The F-35 has not been tested against robust air defense systems yet.

Critics say F-35 is just a fat ugly goose once it is within visual range. Beyond visual range, it's getting more and more vulnerable to S-400 air defense missiles as more data are gathered about F-35. if a war erupts between Russia and any country using F-35, they predict S-400 will defeat F-35 within the first 100 days of war. The hypothesis is that Russians by now have so many ideas how to counter F-35. They'd just need actual encounters to test each counter-measure in real situations and be able to find which is most effective.

One thing people have to understand is not everything we know is all there is when it comes to military technology. Put yourself in the position of Iran , Russia or even the US, would you make know o the public all your tactics and weapons?. Coming to the Ruso-Iran alliance, they sure have some series off the books deals that can only be know on the battlefield when the event calls for it. Russia could simply train Iranian technicians to create the S400, and then Iran would just create the system under a different flagship but with similar capabilities. Before someone yells at me, this is just my thinking, feel free to come up with yours.

US cut Turkey from the program because they bought Russian S-400 air defense systems. They are afraid the Russians will be able to calibrate the S-400s to target the F-35s. That is what it is.

In that case, I can declare the winner before it begins. It is going to be F-35 as S-400 is useless against stealth fighters. S-400 can't even handle Storm Shadow or HIMARS.
