Your music has fast become the soundtrack to my life. I use it for everything from lying in bed to working in the greenhouse. Feels like it has always been there and always will. It just fits!!! Currently lying on my sofa reading a damn good book - perfect focussing sounds for my brain. Genius stuffo

@@nostalgia_junkie hi! We recently moved into a house with a big garden and a green house. Something I’ve never had before so I’ve gone a bit over the top in my first season. I’ve got loads of summer bedding seedlings coming along nicely from seeds, tomato’s, rocket, chilli’s, sweet peppers and strawberries all in the greenhouse and potato’s, spinach, rhubarb, raspberries, gooseberries, plums, apples, blackcurrants and cherries in the garden. I’ve never done this before so I have no idea how this is all going to turn out but everything looks green and healthy right now and I’m really enjoying it. How about you? Are you a seasoned gardener?
@nostalgia_junkie

@@paulhoughton5164 lol, i am not at all seasoned. i officially started spring/summer of 2021 with grocery store green onions and basil, but i had something growing in 2020. (too much has happened in the last 3 years in my own life, much less everyone else's lives. hard to keep track) this is the first year i have an actual seed starting setup. in 2020 i stuck the seeds in coarse potting mix, in a dark garage, then put outside, without adequate water. needless to say i failed lol. though, it was important to learn. watching folks like david the good, migardener, self sufficient me, etc has helped IMMENSELY. i have a much better understanding of what to do, and when to do it. i still make mistakes, just yesterday i broke the new growth off of my grape vine cutting. even though i finally have the right seed setup, a lot of my seeds got leggy (i think because i left them on the heat mat too long). regardless, it has been very fun, peaceful, and rewarding. doing my absolute best to be a good steward, so i can share with others. :^)

This just goes to prove that the human computer relationship is an art form in and of themselves; or should we say itself? It's symbiotic...Without needing to mention analog instruments or effects that may or may not be included along the way. A true interstellar experience between whatever this world is that we know of....and far, far beyond.

Sounds great! Do you sending midi notes and midi controls to all the devices in the VCV Rack or is the sequence entirely controlled within VCV Rack? I am thinking about buying the plugin :) But I'd like to control a lot of it from the DAW software if possible. VCV rack sounds so amazingly good, I don't think I'd ever invest in actual eurorack hardware :) Would my Mac Mini M1 fair reasonably well wit hthis bitwig/vcv vst ? I only have 8GB of ram though.
@stateazure
@stateazure 2 жыл бұрын
Hi Jennifer, sorry for the late reply! Mostly the notes are all done withing the VCV rack plugin, but I am controlling the mixer via external controller. I think your Mac would be fine, and 8GB RAM is probably fine unless you're using a LOT of sample stuff.

So this set up has now replaced all those wired devices? I miss those cyberpunk-looking gizmos, and their flashing lights. Beautiful sounds, though. As a segway regarding cyberpunk, I did email the developers of a new cyberpunk game entitled, 'Vigilance 2099', to recommend they listen to you (State Azure), as you'd be perfect for creating the score for a cyberpunk themed game. To date, I've received no reply.
