It is wonderfully interesting to understand that neither the Core, Bill nor Belos will be ever willing to truly align. I even doubt that they ever could work together for any period of time. To Bill, both Belos and Core are terribly boring and lame, to Belos Bill is a satanic abomination, one he can't reliably deceive, and Core is satanic abomination 2.0 now in silicon, and to the Core both are not viable recourses, both too unstable to outweigh their risk by their usefulness. Power of friendship is meta, but villains are just can't get it.
