Basically any bleeds bandage, tourniquet, gauze, etc. look at organs, if they’re colored you need to use a surg kit to fix them(brain included). If bones are colored then splint to fix. Low on blood use blood bag. Some minor bleeds will heal automatically.

@@bnicholas89 this is just like not even accurate bandages should be viewed as healing parts with the added effect of fixing a bleed. It's a long animation so it is best used after combat when you have limb damage. The tourniquets are fast animation and stop bleeds and should be used in combat "low on blood use blood bag" completely glosses over the absolute necessity in stopping that from even becoming the scenario in the first place, and instead acts like you just wait for your blood to get low then using a bag that only gives you 1k total out of its 2 uses lmao cmon mate, it's ok you don't know but don't go around spouting shit.

Yeah I would agree but it has to be a good guide. There's 2 different instances of medical gameplay: taking care of yourself and taking care of someone else. Taking care of yourself is simple enough: If you're getting shot, make the situation safer as soon as possible. Return fire and kill the enemy or sprint to cover. When you're in cover and know nobody can rush you too quick, check your stats and see if you have any medium or heavy bleeds. If you have any, use a combat tourniquet (CT). Then finish the fight. Secure the area. If you have visual impairments pop a painkiller, I'm not sure they do much right now but they might be more useful in the future. When the fight is over, check your stats again. Bandage any bleeding first, then use surgical kits to fix your organs if damaged, then use splints to fix your bones if they're colored. Finally use a bloodbag if you are missing at least 1L of blood. Your blood level will regenerate on its own slowly. Taking care of someone else is more important, especially if you play with friends: When someone gets downed, they should say if they're dead or in a comma. If they're in a comma, secure the area as soon as possible and use the MARCH algorithm like they do in real life :D (obviously heavily modified to fit the game) M- Massive bleeds: examine the body and apply TC to any Heavy and medium bleeds. Bandage light bleeds. Give them a bloodbag to get them up quicker (when blood gets higher than a specific threshold they will wake up). A,R- Airway, Respiration: use a suture kit to fix the lungs if damaged, then any other organs. C- Circulation: technically you'd give them blood here in real life but if you do it sooner they'll get up and be able to help in game :/ H- Hipovolemia: there's no body temperature management in the game so you're done :D Keep in mind that using healing items on others is faster than using them on yourself!! So make sure to heal each other if you're a team.

Stuttering is a massive issue for a lot of people, myself included. If that was fixed the game would run fine

@@ketaminewomble2562 Yes I’ve heard if you don’t have a 40 series card the game can be unplayable. Now that I’ve explored most of the starting zone I don’t get much stuttering. People need to realize that stuttering in a new location is shaders loading in. That’s why it’s almost a slideshow when taking the chopper to the first LZs for the first time. If you don’t have a 40 series card, or a high end 30 series, RIP

How can so many games stay years in early access and people just buy it full price? Then what's the difference between a bugged release and early access, other than in name?

Idk if they pushed a hot fix to automatically adjust graphic settings but I just purchased the game and on first boot the game was on a Custom graphics setting with mostly medium settings and things turned off. I’m getting between 80-120 fps in most areas with occasion stuttering (which may just be shaders loading in for the first time). 4070ti / i7 13700k There was one mass disconnect so far where everyone got booted. Other than that, about 2 hours in and didn’t have a queue either time I joined.

I just put everything on low but that was before I did the Dlss and frame gen I went from 60+ fps (depending on area) to 90+ fps I should turn graphics up some to test it out

Epic settings, dlss on, need to turn frame gen on though. 90fps, 4080super/14700k

Switching from Ultra to High and 4k to 1440p makes a massive difference.

Just whack on FSR with Frame Gen ( People talk about the input lag, but you can't notice it(if any)

@@JSmithyP That´s exactly what I´m saying. Frame gen works like a charm, i get 160-190fps in 1440p with a 7900xtx with barely any noticeable input lag.

i recommend so, because if one of your friends choose a different faction from you then you wont be able to play together, and you will also be way ahead of them which will make it boring for you, but if you really want to then you could play it and reset account when they buy it

Yeah the damage/hit model makes absolutely no sense. You could have 2 dudes standing side by side and unload 30 rds into 1 and it finally gets him on the 30th, then the one next to him dies after a single shot to the arm.

It's because the ballistics in game are realistic and you need to either hit a heart shot or head shot to kill (bleeding out also works) there's no "health" in the game

i dont really get the extreme performance complaints. Im running a 3060 with a i5-9400f and getting an average of 80 fps

You basically need 12gb vram 32gbs of ram and a recent gen cpu to get 60fps

@@VonBraun1493 That would defeat entire purpose of the game then, as it's based on 3 factions and the title is based on the concepts of PMC's colliding. Removing factions would remove the game altogether. And then what are they gonna do? Rename the game?

Factions shouldn’t be a thing or at the very least a minor thing when it comes to a extraction shooter with survival mechanics. Theres zero distinction on who is who faction wise besides staring at your map for friendly icons, which is a terrible idea. The fact you can tk friendly factions yet be reported for such is stupid when the majority of players shoot first, ask questions later. If anything delete the whole reporting for tking, make factions actually look different, or don’t bother making factions a big deal. The fact that choosing a faction difference is just starting location is just dumb.

When approaching faction mates say friendly in local accidental team kills drop by a lot. Also when using no gear with a Ak u gotta be extra careful cuz u look like enemy

There is no option to rest, I do think if you leave game and rejoin it does reset your health/food/water

Turn down shadows, lower graphical settings. Dlss on etc. Other than that, update drivers or wait for nvidia to release new ones

lol I didn’t key bind over it but I definitely was getting frustrated with not being able to talk. Happy to now know it’s z. You should be able to reset to default key bindings though

I found I had to have at least 80 fps for it to feel decent. Play around with your graphics settings. If you have an older graphics card, you may not have the best experience for a bit.

Game is a little clunky but that's to be expected.
