Thank you for all these videos. Very useful. My husband (US citizen) and I are waiting for interview CR1 (in Dominican Republic) we'll have it in English because I can speak English better than he speaks Spanish. Do you think is a problem that I don't speak 100% perfect? I'm kind of nervous about the language.

Thanks for the update. I'm in my country Guyana and still awaiting on the embassy to informed me as to when my family and I can get our medical and interview scheduled. It's been a very long process. F3 category. Priority date was January 8th 2008.

I jus approved my petition I 130, Can you please let me know when my husband applied petition I 130 it was my father's name on my CNIC and now I'm thinking about update my marital status on my CNIC it'll be my husband's name on my CNIC after update does it affect my case? My paperwork was sent to USCIS about two weeks ago so I haven't gotten a receipt notice yet. I applied to college and got accepted but they're asking for proof of domicile in the US. What kind of information or documents are these? Please help and thanks for doing a great job.

Hi, you should be receiving the receipts soon! You will get a work permit. With regard to your school requesting domicile--all schools are different so you must ask what is the schools specific requirement.

Hi GrayLawTV! I already did my I751 application last year and got a notification on March 4, 2020 that my interview is about to be scheduled. But because of COVID, I don't know when will I have my interview and my letter of extension for 18 months is about to expire next year. What will I do? Can I apply for an extension again? Thank you!

Hi Kristine, you can make an info pass appointment at your local USCIS office and they will give you an extension stamp in your passport. TIP -- mail in more evidence regarding your marriage that is current and they may waive the interview!!!

Hello sir, I filed for a i751 green card interview in March 2017, I live in New York by the way. I had a green card interview appointment scheduled for April 6 2020, In Federal Plaza in NY. Hi Lorna, no. The USC needs a birth certificate , US Passport or Certificate of Citizenship.

My girlfriend of 2 years would like to come to the u.s. from the Philippines. We are both retired, in our early 70' s have our respective homes, pensions and families. Should she tell the interviewer of our relationship. Maybe I will marry her someday, but not this trip. Planning on sightseeing only. I just hate to lie or misrepresent myself.
