L'une des plus belle comédies musicales de tout les temps à mon avis; Les textes sont sublimes et les interprétations font mouche! Le film est une réussite de bout en bout. Les mélodies inoubliables depuis près de 40 ans. Je ne parle même pas des chorégraphies à l'emporte pièce. Une pure réussite qui ne vieilli pas d'un atome.

It's a beautiful song, one of my favorites in the movie.. I remember when I saw this, for some reason the theaters sound system really enhanced the bass, it sounded so great , you could actually feel it in the seats !

@@silvanaorizi5643 The movie *came out* in 1978. Filming took place around Elvis' death, in 1977. Preproduction and casting even earlier than that. Elvis wasn't in the right shape for the part, no one knew he was gonna die.

Elvis already passed away. In addition to that, Elvis was drinking too much alcohol and was horribly out of shape, out of weight doing Las Vegas. Frankie was 37 years old here. He was an 18 year old boy back in 1959 singing Venus.
