Be careful guys,there is a small ball bearing at the end of the front mechanism(when you pull it out) if you have a drill with hammer function.You could easily lose that.

Sir, I have Bosch GSB500RE. When I move switch on the top to "hammer" symbol, It's 'impact(or hammer)' is not functioning. It always works as simple drilling machine irrespective of the top switch position. Can you please suggest how to repair. Thanks

I think you are using a wrong type of grease. EP Extra Pressure grease (red in color) has to be used. Am I correct?

Hi, mostly sparking will be due damaged armature commutators, if that is the case, no use of changing brushes. In case brushes are damaged and armature commutators are good than you can change brushes.

Hi, you can use any automobile grease, don't need to do it frequently, when shaft doesn't rotate freely...

Tp4056 charging module with jumper leads to the earbud terminals, not sure how ur gonna connect them though, tape maybe?

Little Reptilian for gears like in the video regular NLGI 2 Grease or high temp wheel bearing grease will work fine but for enclosed planetary gear boxes found in cordless drills then you would go for a thinner grease like CV joint grease which is nlgi 1 or nlgi 0. Nlgi is just the rating for thickness of the grease, the lower the number the thinner the grease. The most common is nlgi 2 which is what’s used in the video, you can find it at a petrol station or pretty much anywhere
