Right before we start this quiz I would like to tell you what happened today on our cycle ride we pulled beside a field of grazing cows, Brenda stood there and said is that a horse or a cow so I guess we will do wonderful in this quiz as long as there are no bovine involved. Ps she is also a farmers daughter for crying out loud

Maybe you could do the Friday quiz all around the Colchester Essex area and finchingfield area would be great, maybe the odd question about baking, then she might stand a chance of getting further up the leader board, or just ask questions where the answer always is huh I dunno

I got 22 correct on this week's Great British Pub Quiz. I did get the Monopoly question correct. In the American version of the game we have the same rule if you roll three consecutive doubles you end up in jail.

@QuizMasterDale Memphis, United States. Everyone has their peculiar gifts; mine was always trivia. The Queen of unimportant stuff. I was also gifted with parents who encouraged us to read, who loved movies, and instilled the importance of history and culture in us. I do well on questions regarding British history, because part of my education was in European history with a concentration in British history. But all the pop culture and current events are impossible. My husband gets some of the TV and game shows, but is as ignorant as I am of all things British sport!
