More crucially less 'displacement' in combat readiness and effectiveness.

Friend-shoring - India is not our friend rather has been the main enabler of sanction evasion in the Petrochemicals industry. Specifically refining ruzzian oil to distribute the refined products that are not subject to sanctions. The ultimate in green-washing the terrorist states oil revenue that funds the war in Ukraine. Similar questions for Greek ship-owners who have created a shadow fleet to move 60% of ruzzian oil evading sanctions by trans-shipment, often in Greek waters. Important to remember that Friends must be judged by their actions in upholding the Shared Values. Transactional relationships are not friendship based on Shared Values rather just making a buck.

So when US make transactional friends in East it's good, when another country does the same keeping in mind there interests then there is threat. I know you are seeing the situation from America's pov but jumping onto conclusions aren't really great. Btw wasn't it America which prompted the whole Russia ukraine scene, ukraine isn't really required to join nato

@@ishansinha1336 So give us some convincing examples of actions that demonstrate Indias shared values for the international rule of law, freedom of navigation, upholding the UN charter and supporting Human Rights. Not American exclusive rather open to every Sovereign Nation should they so choose. Ukraine is also a Sovereign Nation that can decide by Democratic processes to join an Alliance for mutual defence. The Crimlin narrative that a Defensive Alliance is a threat can only be the frustration of a deluded dictator who wants to conquer the former vassal states (Socialist Republics) without any consequences. So that's admitting to not respect the human rights of the people invaded by the terrorist state...

@@lonpfrb India is currently third largest troop contributor to UN peacekeeping force. Btw what do you mean by freedom of navigation? You can’t just barge in a country to gain power in the name of law. Nepal’s all goods are imported through our border as it is landlocked and Indian markets are duty free. Btw what kind of human rights are you talking about ? US claims so but was the regime it had in Afghanistan humane ? Do you not consider human rights of people in Africa? To quote sipri- “ East Africa In East Africa 9 of the 22 states or territories were involved in active armed conflict in 2021, with 5 in particular-Ethiopia, Mozambique, Somalia, South Sudan and Sudan-experiencing ongoing or sharp escalations in large-scale armed violence. This violence has led to more than 9.6 million people being internally displaced and more than 4.7 million people becoming refugees. Grave human rights violations against civilians continued to be committed in the region, while at least 33.8 million people were severely food insecure “ Developed countries fuel these violations of human rights and then gain control over government machinery in the name of peace. I do believe in human rights but I can’t defend the the way it is used to gain control over a country. As for Russia Ukraine war, if Russia sees a threat to its sovereignty then it is bound to neutralise it. So did the US during the Cuban missile crisis. Would you be silent on US’s invasion on Cuba to protect its sovereignty?
