Great Knitting Giveaway

Knitting groups all across GEF Seniors Housing communities get together throughout the year to knit items for people who need it most. Knitted items include toques, scarves, mitts, blankets and more!

I love this! I’m a novice knitter, and have been making hats, booties, and little mittens for the babies at the hospital, and for the homeless. I was buying sweaters at goodwill, and discount stores, taking the yarn apart, and making items from them. I can no longer do this, because I’ve spent nearly all my money on yarn goods, lol. I need to know how to find cheaper yarn. The warm gifts I make are in demand right now, but I have no more yarn. How do you find the extra money?
