The reason he failed, lack of seige units. The seige units he did have, didn't have any defence, and they would be useless once the shores were cleared. Plus longbowmen while weak on their own, in mass can keep back cavalry. He had no chance due to poor planning and lack of creativity.

id establish a beach head defended by the cavalry and slowly move inland with tribuchets, plus build your own castles on their island as soon as possible.

I remember the ocean being completely purple in the original version when I played it 10 years ago, because the textures didn't load in. Good times.

In Empire Earth II, you can place several transport ships at coast, then order all land units enter in one, they will load in all transport near avaliable automatically. What Churchil said about "fight everywhere"?

Bro, your mouse movements are unpredictable as hell. You never seem to be focused on the same thing that I want to be focused on. Every time I see something of interest, you "SQUIRREL" the camera away from what I wanted to see lol.
