I'm a student but when I'm done, I will sponsor. Ben is really a gem in this community. I think I would ask him to make lessons on winning move from rules like never play f3 or always play king b1

Fine was a notable psychoanalyst and psychologist. To think he also was a top ten grandmaster of all time on top of that is incredible!

I used to have a book on the AVRO tournament and played through all Fine's games. Super strong player and an interesting person.

Wow, I knew Fine was strong, but the way he makes it look so easy to outplay Botvinnik, Alekhine AND some Bobby Fischer in their prime was really impressive. However, beating Lasker in 1936 really wasn't too hard, by then, he was nearly 70 years old.

I bet Fine was talented enough to become a WCC challenger. I base that on his results I saw when I was young.

Reuben Fine aIso wrote a psychoIogicaI study about chess pIayers in GeneraI, as weII it is said that he psychoanaIyzed Bobby Fischer. Maybe if he came to treat him as a PsychoIogist after the 1972 match, Fischer wouId have been abIe to beat Karpow in 1975.

hey Ben, this is your friend from Germany, remember? I wanna share some thoughts with you from which i know youre probably sharing. Did you by any chance see Levy from Gotham chess and how he explained how he makes the names of his opponents invisible in online chess and by that "making himself more couragious and confident, which often "results in a nice performance boosts that often helps him drawing or winning stronger GMs"? That made so much sense to me, i had to sleep over it. Did you ever had eye-contact with Levy or Hans Niemann? I had. Only on the monitor though. Which one looks more honest and sincere in your opinion? I feel like they both have something very trustworthy in their eyes. Wouldnt you agree?

do you see him answering comments? Be sure even if he would, he wont put himself in a bad position, by answering or even confirming implications as explosiv as these.

“In one of his chess books he was assisted by his son, Benjamin Fine…” .Technically, you can take 80% credit of the book by syllable. Also: why no comments, “This is Fine?” Terrible.

Psychologist chess player...sounds like cheating. Hypnosis midway through the opening and his opponent magically foes a Botez gambit. Very suspicious...
