Associate Professor Adam Lockyer @02:11 from the Department of Security Studies and Criminology Macquarie University, Sydney looks at the narrative embodied in the publicly available version of the 2023 Australian Defence Strategic Review and explores deductive conclusions. He then compares the results with the conclusions the review records. In so doing, he looks at past reviews of the ADF, in particular the March 1986 Dibb report noting inconsistencies.
