I don't think like you, after observing so many factories, I feel that the cheaper and more competitive the product is, the more automation is needed to reduce the production cost, on the contrary, high end brands need the gimmick of handmade to increase the brand premium.

@@Yunica520 agree! Hand made brands are more expensive, higher end cars and products are usually hand made. But not always the case. What I mean is for cost reduction most mass production big brands would automate these for lower end products, higher end maybe hand made.

Cho anh hỏi tý, có chú nào mua vợt về nhưng vẫn dùng cái vỏ bao theo vợt không? anh thì đánh cầu đến này 20 năm rồi nhưng chưa bao giờ dùng cái vỏ đó cả, mua về lấy cái vợt đi căng lưới là vứt cái vỏ vào sọt rác luôn :)

4:44辺りにYonexのラケットの緑のエンドキャップとよく知らない黒いエンドキャップが雑多にあるので、これはコピー商品の製造現場なんでしょうかね。私の記憶では、Yonexは国内製造のみだと思っていましたし、作り手も慣れてはいるけど、雑な感じが否めないのですよね。大丈夫かなぁ、これ・・・？

Всего было сотни процессов, поэтому я прошу прощения за то, что не все их запечатлел. Время было ограничено, и завод не смог записать их все из-за производства. Надеюсь, что в будущем я постараюсь записать весь процесс.

Bottom cap says Yonex, label on the T is not, so some cheap knockoffs I guess.

There is a bunch of different brands. The video isn't following one process of the same brand. I've definitely seen the Yonex cap, but then I've seen the black knight logo, which is a Canadian badminton company. I would be very surprised that they do knock off Black Knight rackets, the brand is fairly small.

There are real yonex that are made in Taiwan, those are cheaper and slightly different in design. And the one made in Japan are the most expensive

大品牌的制造模式差不多，因为有太多工序是不允许拍的，一个看似简单的羽毛球拍，其实生产工序十分复杂

아니예요. 중국도 자신의 배드민턴 브랜드인 리닝, 삔 펀 빈분 라켓이 있 구요, 요넥스 브랜 드가 아니예요. 요넥스는 일본에 서 자동생산라인 이고 짝통과 구별 하기 위해 제한된 수량으로 생산하 고 있어요. 요넥스도 짝통이 많아 자꾸만 값 싼 건만 고르지 말고 지정된 요넥스 배 드민턴 라켓전문 판매점에 가서 사 야 해요. 짝퉁은 철로 만들 었지만 진짜 라켓 은 티탄으로 만들 어져 내구성이 좋 고 오래 쓰게 되구 요, 손잡이끝 녹색 플라스틱 노즐 보 면 요넥스 표시인 yy가 선명하고 똑 똑히 보여요. 짝통 요넥스 라켓 은 yy표시가 희미 하게 보이구요, 라 켓이 무거운 감이 들어요. 값이 싸다 고 샀다간 낭패와 손해만 보기에 좋 기는 지정된 요넥 스라켓판매점에 가서 사야 해요. 짝통 요넥스 라켓 도 진짜 요넥스 라 켓과 못지 않아 구 별하기 어렵지만 위에 말한 것처럼 손잡이 끝자락 플 라스틱 녹색노즐 의 표시를 봐서 깨 끗하고 선명하게 yy가 나오면 진짜 요넥스 라켓과 다 름없으니 유의해 야 해요. 동영상 보여주다 싶이 일반 운동용 배드민턴 라켓의 수공작업이구요, 이런 라켓들이 수 입되어 들어와도 사지 않는게 좋고 좋기는 진짜 요넥 스 배드민턴 라켓 을 사는걸 제창해 요.
