I mean.. the overall concept of the end product is good, but for this to be profitable you need to make make changes to the mold such as: putting hinges on three corners of the mold and a latch on the forth for easier release and reassembling for next part and secondly... a bottom plate beneath the one with cut outs that the inner blocks are all connected to so all inner blocks are all pulled out evenly and together, this will speed up your cycle time for how fast and efficiently you can produce pieces.

Salem.tres beau claustra bien fait mais fastidieux (long a réaliser) si les planches du cadre étaient bien lisses ( peinture à l'huile par exemple) tu peux enlever le contre plaqué du bas et soulever tout le reste sans avoir a dévisser le cadre. Idée géniale bon courage.

Shouldn't be using electric machines, putting timber over a planer is total stupidity, I've worked with men that lost fingers when the wood slipped Because they never used the fence that comes with all planers, it does'nt make you a better tradesman by being irresponsible, i hope your not teaching for a living. plus the gaurd on a saw is also to stop the timber from lifting and flying back to your fizhog.
