Great Smoky Mountains | Metcalf Bottoms Park

4 жыл бұрынCome along with me and check out the beautiful, Metcalf Bottoms Park in The Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It's a great place to relax with picnic tables, shaded areas, and walk along the Little River. It's located about 9 miles past the Sugarlands Visitor Center off of Little River Gorge Rd on the way out toward Cades Cove.

I believe I have been here before with my daughter,and granddaughters,it is a nice place. I like how they have the restrooms there. The water looks nice and clear.Pretty area. Picnic table in the shade is always a plus. Nice video,very informative.Thanks for sharing. Hope you have a nice Fathers day.

We love Metcalf. Can't beat it. We like to try new spots too. We want it to compare to Metcalf. You recommend other places like this in the area? Some mentioned Greenbrier. We want it to quiet, relaxing, family oriented, and easy access to the water

Hello! As we reside in Wester North Carolina I'm less familiar with the GSMNP, but to me this is hands down the best place in the area for an outdoor picnic with a nice river/creek going by the area. There are lots of places like this in NC too like in Pisgah National Forrest. Thanks for watching!
