She has been in hell in the past her childhood happiness was ruined and our doctor strange from earth 616 was reading the darkhold he didn't became evil because he didn't read the entire darkhold like our wanda did the movie even shows you wanda was stuck under the rocks she was corrupted by the darkhold she is just broken and she killed her husband twice thats hard So no she is not a villain Besides Everyone Doesn't even like her in her Universe that's why she wanted to go to another universe So she can be happy and experience love with her kids all the bad things she has done she regrets it. A villain wouldn't regret what they did but she did. The reason why she murdered other people because she was manipulated by the darkhold she read the entire darkhold book everyday obviously she is not her self so no she is not villain don't blame her for what she has done she suffered a lot.
