Its not too bad at super low tier. slap gun pods on a dauntless and shred PT boats. I actually made it back to the airfield once to repair.

@@DOLLARplays didn't even use g55s right lol you're supposed to cut throttle to about 60-70 for cruising and then cut throttle and glide in and pop landing flaps to slow down. Change directions vertically and horizontally every 2-3 seconds while doing all of the above as the ai gunners don't adjust fire they use the arcade lead indicator basically and will be thrown off by it. I use full elevator and roll right or left they rarely hit me until after i drop (i fly straight after usually cause I'm lazy and already got the kill)

Dollar I recomend you using the pby catalina with the torpedoes as it resists a lot of shots and has twice the chance to hit. I’ll be waiting for the video😉

My most successful torpedo attacks from air come from a surprisingly good British plane, the swordfish it may not be able to take out many aircraft but flying low and using torpedo is so satisfying

Its humbling to see a man struggle like this, usually youtubers put together a fancy montage with cool music showing how good they are, non stop flexing- but they never show how they got there. Nobody knows how to ride a bike from the get go, I'm grateful that you are willing to share your lows as well as your highs my man.

With the he 111 h6 its often more possible to sink a ship. You 'just' have to go under 20 meters of hight. And drop one torpedo far away from your target, so that even 1 torpedo touched some water. And with the second you wait until 700 meters away from the ship.

My favorite aircraft in the whole game also happens to be a fantastic torpedo bomber, and it's the USAs BTD-1 destroyer. Single seater which can carry 2 torpedo's and has air brakes for either dive bombing or quick engagement torpedo bombing. Just drop throttle and dive to height for torp drop then air brakes to drop to necessary speed, and then drop torps.
