I cried like a baby when I realised that I've been repressing all of my creative enegry for so long and had this rush of guilt. But damn, how I needed this.

This meditation was uplifting for me. 💕 I have been going thought a disconnection from my creativity, pleasurer, and sexuality. The disconnection hurt me more then I thought it would and I have been struggling to reestablish the connection. I don't know when I'll be able to make that connection again, but this meditation helps me remember that my creativity, pleasurer, and sexuality aren't lost or broken.

Wow. Just wow. I had a deep blockage which manifested into extreme physical pain as well as the given emotional pain, but holy smokes did this allow me to shift that energy and to let some out in a cry. I was feeling energy bolts of love and crying, you are amazing. Thank you so much. Subscribed.

This was beautiful! It made me cry and let out some energy. I have sacrolitis, I’ve experienced sexual trauma and I’m a creative writer … so clearly there’s a lot going on with my sacral chakra. This meditation brought some light and release 🤍
