In September I went to Greece on my own, and I wanted to share some of the things that have helped me with my anxiety and insomnia.
I’ve had post-traumatic stress since 2019 so staying in a new place and travelling alone can be overwhelming for me.
I stayed @abatonisland hotel and travelled with Easyjet (speedy boarding), I highly recommend both.
