@@michaelchurchmcm There are three possible options: a. indefinite = a son b. qualitative => focus on quality, nature, essence (office of a son) c. definite = the son (most likely "monadic noun" = one of a kind. I think b) and c) are most likely the fit in this context. Daniel Wallace has some information on this in his Syntax book. You can research it more.

Hi Steve, Thank you for the great question. I use UBS 4-5th edition (United Bible Society) for the Greek New Testament (amzn.to/2SvedY9). The NA28 (Nestle-Aland amzn.to/2SsgB1Z) is also a good one. Both have pretty much the same text. I just like the way UBS organizes its text (font, punctuation, direct speech, and other marks) and how it shows the critical apparatus (manuscripts). I am going to make a video about the difference between the two and why I prefer the UBS. At times, I use Westcott & Hort (Greek NT 1881) and Swete's Septuagint (LXX 1909).
